The idea

Our scheduled tours follow the festivals. A bespoke journey follows you.

Some photographers just want the plan — the route only a photographer would draw, and the local knowledge to make it work — and prefer to book and travel it themselves. Others want to hand over the entire thing and simply carry the camera.

So we offer both. Choose the level of support that fits how you like to travel.

Two ways to travel

With Design & Advisory we hand you the complete plan and you make it happen yourself. With Fully Managed, we make it happen for you.

How it works

Every journey starts with a proper conversation

01

Book your consultation

By email or phone, you book an in-depth session with us — €90, credited back when you book.

02

We design the journey

You receive a proposed route, a day-by-day itinerary, the recommended stays and a transparent quote.

03

We refine it together

Add a festival, cut a travel day, upgrade a hotel, harden the pace. We iterate until it's yours.

04

You travel

With Design & Advisory you go with our plan in hand. With Fully Managed, we handle everything.

Why the consultation is paid: it's a genuine planning session, not a sales call. You walk away with real direction either way — and if you book, it costs you nothing.
Where we go

Three countries we know by heart

The short answer: anywhere in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. We've photographed nearly every corner of all three — from the famous festivals to villages that never make a map. The regions below are just a few we love, not a menu and not the limit.

India

India

Point your camera at the masked Chhau dancers leaping through the eastern hills, or the Gomira masks spinning through a Bengal village. Stand on the ghats of Varanasi as first light hits the river, then come back for Dev Deepawali, when a million lamps turn the water to fire. Get lost in the indigo lanes of Jodhpur, the Blue City; wake before dawn for the Pushkar Camel Fair; disappear into the colour of the flower Holi of Braj and the warrior spectacle of Hola Mohalla in Punjab. Then go further than most ever do: the masked Cham dances of Hemis in Ladakh, the fire-lit Theyyam of Kerala, the living-root bridges of Meghalaya. Deserts, mountains, festivals, coast — whatever you came to shoot, it's waiting.

Nepal

Wander the medieval Durbar Squares of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur, where temple life spills into every corner of the frame. Photograph the sadhus and cremation fires of Pashupatinath and the masked processions of Indra Jatra. Trek into Upper Mustang to the walled Tibetan kingdom of Lo Manthang, a high-desert world of red-rock canyons and cliffside monasteries hidden behind the Annapurna mountains. Or chase the high, clean light of the Everest and Annapurna regions, past Sherpa and Thakali villages and prayer flags snapping against the snow. Nepal gives you far more than the trekking postcard — and you'll want every frame of it.

Nepal
Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka

Head deep into the Tamil north for Jaffna and the wild ponies and empty light of Delft Island, or the towering chariots of the Nallur festival. Climb to the golden cave temples of Dambulla and the summit of Sigiriya, then ride the old blue train through the tea country to Ella. Time your trip for the torch-lit elephants and fire dancers of the Kandy Esala Perahera, catch the stilt fishermen balanced over the southern surf at first light, and finish among the leopards of Yala. One small island, north to south, temple to tide — and it's all yours to shoot.

Don't see your spot? That's exactly what bespoke is for.
Tell us where you want to point the camera, and we'll build the journey around it.

Good to know

Frequently asked Questions

What's the difference between the two offers?

Design & Advisory is design and advice — we plan it, you book and travel it yourself. Fully Managed is fully handled — we plan and arrange everything, including guides and an optional accompanying photo mentor.

Why is the consultation paid?

Because it's a real planning session, not a sales pitch — you leave with genuine direction. If you go ahead, the €90 comes straight off your booking.

How is Fully Managed priced?

The actual cost of your tour plus 25% for our design and on-the-ground handling. International flights are excluded from that calculation.

How is Design & Advisory priced?

From €499, scaling with the effort involved — the more remote and exclusive the journey, the more planning it takes. You'll have the exact figure in your consultation.

How flexible is the length?

Completely. From a long weekend to a month, built around your window.

Which countries can you arrange?

India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

How far ahead should I plan?

For festival-driven trips, as early as possible — some dates (Dev Deepawali, Durga Puja, Holi) need heritage rooms secured close to a year ahead.
